What queries analytics is built on
All figures here are computed on neutral queries. These are queries without your brand in the wording itself, like «best bank for business». They reveal whom AI recommends when people don't know about you yet.
Comparative and negative queries are excluded by default. They give a different slice (direct comparison or criticism) and live in their own reports.
Filters
A filters panel is available on the left. Use it to narrow the data to the slice you need.
- Компания. The company you compute analytics for.
- Продукт. Product of the company (if it has several).
- Нейросети. AI services. Pick one, several or all available.
- Кластеры. Query clusters. Several clusters can be combined.
- Период. Period: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or all time.
- Только нейтральные. Neutral only toggle is on by default. Turn it off to include comparative and negative queries.
- Метрика. Default metric: Answers. Can be switched to Mentions.
Mention and answer: the difference
In one AI response your brand can appear several times: in the text, in a list of advantages, in a link caption. That counts as 5 mentions but 1 answer.
Mentions come in two kinds:
- Brand mention - the name appears in the response text itself.
- Link mention - AI attached a link leading to the brand site.
Most widgets let you switch between By mentions and By answers modes to see the picture from both sides.
Widgets
Below are eight main widgets. Each answers a specific question about competitors.
Leaderboard
Top brands: yours and competitors. The Mentions / Answers switch flips the counting logic. Inside each row you immediately see how many mentions were in the text and how many in links. Clicking a row opens query preview with Brand mentions / Link mentions / Both in the same answer filter.
Query preview
Clicking a leaderboard row (or another widget) opens the Query preview window. Inside you see the actual queries and answers behind the metric.
Header filters:
- Brand mentions - answers where the brand is mentioned in text.
- Link mentions - answers with a link to the brand site.
- Both in the same answer - answers with both text and link mentions at once.
Filters combine. If nothing is selected, the dialog asks to pick at least one type.
Share of Voice
Pie chart of voice distribution between brands. Shows your share and each competitor's share. Hovering a segment reveals the answer count.
Brand Mention Rate
Share of answers with brand mentions out of total. Two modes: number (exact answer count) and percent (share of all answers). A key metric for tracking brand presence in AI.
Brand Visibility
Mention dynamics over time. Shows how the brand and competitors presence changed day by day. Granularity switches: Day, Week, Month.
Exclusive mentions
Three segments: Only us (you in the answer without competitors), Joint (you and some competitor), Only competitors (you're absent, competitors are present). Useful to see when AI names brands separately and when together.
AI service activity
Distribution per AI service: where you're strong, where competitors win, where there are no mentions at all. Helps decide where to focus promotion.
Product leaders
If the company has products, this widget shows leaders per product. Clear which products you're strong on and where the gaps are.
