How it works
The section answers a simple question: what exactly do I do with all that analytics? You see low sentiment on a query, a mention gap against a competitor or a new source AI cites a lot, and immediately get a task card with a ready recommendation and a draft plan.
The Factory bundles all the tools for a single cycle: spotted a problem to solved it to published it to measured the effect.
What the Factory consists of
The section is split into six subsections in the sidebar:
- Board. Kanban with task cards: where they are, who owns them, what's inside. The heart of the Factory.
- AI agents. Fifteen analytical agents that regularly scan your data and drop new cards on the board. Each one can be toggled on or off.
- Triggers. Automation rules: when this event fires, move the card to that column on the board.
- RAG. A content store where our AI model learns from. Sites that AI services cite often are uploaded and split into fragments.
- Publications. A feed of published materials and tracking of their appearance in AI answers: when they were first seen, how often cited, on which AI services.
Typical workflow
Most scenarios follow the same path:
- An AI agent finds a problem or opportunity, like a sharp drop in Brand Mention Rate, and creates a card in the Idea column.
- You open the card and see automatic analysis: what happened, on which queries, which sources you're missing.
- The Sources and RAG tabs hold the context: what AI cites most often and which fragments you can use.
- The Content tab presents a content plan with tone, length, structure recommendations. You can edit it or generate another version.
- When the article is published, you add the link in the Publications tab and the system starts tracking when it first lands in AI answers.
- The card moves across the board. Triggers can move it automatically on certain events.
