Favorite queries

Favorites keep important queries under continuous monitoring. The system sends them to AI services on a schedule and refreshes the answers. Useful for queries where you need to catch changes in near real time.

How it works

Any query can be marked as favorite. The system will then regularly dispatch it to the chosen AI services and save every new answer. All other analytics (sentiment, mentions) are computed as usual.

There are two levels of rules. The global rules live on the Favorites tab and apply to all favorite queries that don't have their own custom settings. Custom rules can be set per single query or for a group of queries.

Global favorite rules

Open the Queries section → Favorites tab. Here you set:

  • Нейросети. AI services the favorite queries are sent to. The ones available on your plan.
  • Периодичность. Refresh interval. Steps go from 1 minute up to several months, flexible enough for any case: reputation monitoring every 15 minutes, a weekly report, and so on.

Mark a single query as favorite

The fastest path. Each row in the queries table has a star icon. Click it and the query joins favorites with the global rules.

If you want custom services or a custom interval for this query, open the row's actions menu and click Custom settings. From now on this query follows its own rules and the global ones don't apply to it.

Several queries at once

When you need to favorite a pool of queries (say, all queries from the «Competitor comparison» cluster), checkboxes are the way.

  1. Open the filters and narrow the table to the queries you need (by company, cluster, type).
  2. Check the rows or pick all the filtered ones at once.
  3. In the Actions menu click Favorite, and in the Manage favorites dialog set custom rules (services + interval) for the whole pool.

Finding all favorites

In the Queries section filters there's a Favorites only switch. Turn it on and the table keeps only favorite queries.

Queries with a yellow star use the global rules from the Favorites tab. Queries with custom settings are highlighted separately and show their services and interval right in the row.
