What this feed is
Each item in the feed is one query and one answer from a specific AI. In the feed you immediately see the question, the answer text, the sentiment, the AI service, the date and the mention type: your brand, a competitor or neither.
The feed is for quickly browsing real answers and getting the gut feel: what AI says about the brand, in what tone, how often it mentions specific products or competitors.
Filters
A filters panel is available on the left. The feed narrows immediately to what you need.
- Компания. The company you watch mentions for.
- Продукт. A specific product (if the company has several).
- Период. Period: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or all time.
- Наши или конкуренты. Whom to include: only our mentions, only competitors or both.
- Нейросети. AI services whose answers you want to see.
- Тональность. Answer sentiment: positive, neutral, negative or all.
When to use
The section is most useful in three situations. First: you just turned on auto-generation and want to see live what AI says about the brand. Second: sentiment dropped or flags appeared on the dashboard, and you need to find the exact answers that caused it. Third: you're building a report and want to pull expressive real-life AI quotes.
